Metropolitan Home Improvements specialise in Loft Conversions, that's it! We do not offer to build conservatories or repair your fence!

Since our business was established in 1988, our policy has always been to make sure that each conversion we build leads to a recommendation from the client to build another for a friend or relative. It must work as this year a high percentage of all contracts placed are from recommendations.

From our first visit to the completion of work, our aim is complete professionalism tempered with flexibility and good humour.

We are members of the National Register of Warranted Builders and have been chosen as a company suitable to offer you an insurance backed MasterBond Warranty, which guarantees you PEACE OF MIND knowing you will not be employing a 'cowboy builder'.

We are also holders of the GOVERNMENT ENDORSED TrustMark, an additional safeguard against ‘cowboys’.

Specialisation

Metropolitan Home Improvements specialise in Loft Conversions.

Quality
All work is completed by our own teams of skilled people to a high standard and is continuously monitored by our Building Manager.

Service
Service is part of our philosophy - it begins with our first visit to your home, continues with plans and Local Authority approvals, then throughout the building work and long after.

Value
We offer a value for money service and, in the same way that you can feel cheated if the price is too high, then you can also live with problems years after the satisfaction of opting for a lower price has worn off.

Pricing
We have a fixed price policy with no hidden extras.

Feasibility Survey
We offer a free, no obligation survey followed by a written quotation, design drawing and specification to study, at ease, in your own home.

Peace of Mind
As a warranted builder we can offer a Comprehensive 10 year guarantee called MasterBond from the National Register of Warranted Builders. This ensures that when work begins you can never lose money or have the worry that the job will not be completed. (You can find out more about the MasterBond Warranty at the Federation of Master Builders website.)
