Also, we would like to mention that all the team were very good with the children.

What did you think of the supervision? Extremely well managed. It was very clear that Mark had his eye on the ball. He listened and responded to requests for minor changes and gave good advice. 'Customer Service' from Mark was above and beyond what we would have expected and helpful doesn't start to describe it.
Do you have any general comments? We were impressed and grateful that such a large scale building project was conducted and achieved in such a 'painless' way. The whole team inspired confidence that the work would be done to a high standard. The result is fantastic. Colleagues at work are sick of hearing how pleased we are with it.

As you know we were at a low ebb when you first came to see us and we would like to thank you not only for the excellent way in which you led the team of professional, hardworking and considerate men who effected the conversion, but for the kindness you showed us in getting the work underway quickly to avoid any further complications in our lives! Throughout the building work we found both Mark Dobson and yourself ready to answer any questions we asked, however small; you were also very patient with our young daughter’s queries and sometimes constant offers of cups of tea!
